ST. CHARLES – A 47-year-old woman has been charged with prostitution in St. Charles, city police said Friday in a news release.

The St. Charles Police Department began investigating H.H. Health Care Therapy, 525 S. Tyler Road, Unit O, after receiving a citizen complaint about possible suspicious activity at the business, police said.

Thursday, police reportedly used an undercover agent to go into H.H. Health Care Therapy for a massage.

Chang-Li Wang was arrested after offering to perform a sexual act in exchange for money, police said.

She was reportedly taken into custody without incident and taken to the police department, where she was booked and processed.

Wang was charged with two Class A misdemeanors, prostitution and violation of the massage licensing act.

She is expected at the Kane County Branch Court at 9 a.m. May 8.
