St. Charles police reports

• Rebecca Sherrick Harks, 33, of the 700 block of Bluff Street, Carol Stream, on Thursday, May 29, turned herself in on a warrant carrying a charge of making a false police report.

• Peter Joseph Vicicondi IV, 20, of the 900 block of South 11th Avenue, St. Charles, on Thursday, May 29, turned himself in on a Kane County warrant for failing to appear in court on a traffic charge.

• Jennifer Renee Gill, 38, of the 300 block of Mill Street, Batavia, was charged Friday, May 30, with driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance and driving with a suspended registration. She also was arrested on an Aurora warrant.

• James Richard Durante Jr., 24, of the 100 block of North 15th Street, St. Charles, was charged Saturday, May 31, with four counts of resisting police and one count each of criminal trespass, public drunkenness, battery and felony aggravated battery on reports he kicked a police officer.

• Dyllon E. Miller, 23, of the 100 block of South Lincoln Avenue, Carpentersville, was charged Saturday, May 31, with public urination.

• Jarret C. Clark, 20, of the 700 block of Walnut Street, Batavia, was charged Saturday, May 31, with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

• Amanda K. Lathrop, 21, of the 200 block of North 15th Street, St. Charles, was charged Sunday, June 1, with having open alcohol in a public place.

• Alexander Marco, 21, of the 1000 block of Walnut Street, St. Charles, was charged Sunday, June 1, with public urination.

• Lucas M. Geier, 23, of the 700 block of Cheyenne Court, Elgin, was charged Sunday, June 1, with public urination.

• Nicholas A. Beltrano, 21, of the 1500 block of Flag Day Drive, Batavia, was charged Sunday, June 1, with public urination and public drunkenness.

• Zachary Mikulski, 22, of the 6N400 block of Tucker Avenue, St. Charles, was arrested Sunday, June 1, on a Kane County warrant for failing to appear in court on a resisting arrest charge.

• Juan M. Arellano-Uribe, 19, of the 1600 block of Covington Court, St. Charles, was charged Sunday, June 1, with retail theft for reportedly stealing from Meijer, 855 S. Randall Road, St. Charles.

• Nayela Mendez, 22, of the 1600 block of Covington Court, St. Charles, was charged Sunday, June 1, with retail theft for reportedly stealing from Meijer, 855 S. Randall Road, St. Charles.
