Brass from the Past to perform Thursday night in St. Charles

ST. CHARLES – St. Charles Park District is having a Summer Concerts in the Park Series.

The band Brass from the Past will perform at 7 p.m. Thursday, June 26, at the Lincoln Park Gazebo, located along Main Street between Fourth and Fifth streets in St. Charles. For information on Brass from the Past, visit www.brassfromthepast.com.

The concert is free due to support of local businesses. Before the concert, picnic-style offerings will be available from downtown St. Charles restaurants and local vendors including Kimmer's Ice Cream, Jersey Mike's Subs and Domino's Pizza. Alcohol is not permitted at Lincoln Park. Guests are encouraged to get to the park early for better seating and to bring their own lawn chairs and blankets.

Upcoming concerts include Mr. Meyers on Thursday, July 11; Just South of Heaven on Thursday, July 17; Dec8de on Thursday, July 24; and Serendipity on Thursday, July 31.

In the event of rain, the concert will be moved to the Arcada Theatre, 105 E. Main St., St. Charles. Musicians are subject to change without notice. For information, visit www.stcparks.org or call 630-513-6200.
