Batavia resident Stephanie Urlich, 27, was walking her dogs at the Fox River Bluff dog park in St. Charles when she answered nine questions for the Kane County Chronicle's Brenda Schory.  

Where did you grow up? Rolling Meadows.

Pets? Rudy, a shepherd-lab mix and Bo, a corgi-mix, both rescues.

First job? Food server in a nursing home.

As a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up? A veterinarian. I became a nurse.

A book you'd recommend? All the Harry Potter books by J.K. Rowling and all the movies, too. 

Favorite charity? Starfish Animal Rescue.

What game show would you be on? "The Price is Right."

Favorite local restaurant? Bien Trucha in Geneva.

What is an interesting factoid about yourself? I am an ER nurse.
