Police Reports

Kane County Sheriff's Office reports

• A hit-and-run accident was reported at about 3:35 p.m. Monday, June 30, at Bliss and Healy roads in Sugar Grove. Reports indicate a vehicle drove off the road into a cornfield, and it appeared the car was able to turn around and drive out. Police had no information on the value of the corn damaged.

• A rear passenger window of a 2000 Chevrolet was reported damaged Wednesday, June 18, in the 46W600 block of Locust Street, Kaneville. The owner was unsure if anything was stolen.

• Julie A. Lawson, 37, of the 600 block of Oakwood Drive, Geneva, was charged Saturday, June 21, with harassment by telephone.

• About 12 landscape bricks and five landscape ornaments were reported stolen Friday, June 27, in the 5N700 block of Arboretum Lane, Campton Township.
