Geneva police reports

• A stereo receiver valued at $200 was reported burglarized, Sunday, June 29, from a house in the 1700 block of Sherman Avenue.

• Fredy L. Navor, 23, of the 1600 block of Sherman Avenue, was charged, Saturday, June 28, with two counts of misdemeanor domestic battery. According to police reports, when he and the victim struggled over her cellphone during an argument, Navor lifted her off the bed and flipped her off the bed.  

• Brian P. Gajewski, 20, of the 23000 block of Hartman Road, Marengo, was charged Saturday, July 5, with illegal possession of drug equipment, and underage possession of alcohol. 

• John I. Carlson, 35, of the 200 block of North First Street, Geneva, was charged Friday, July 4, with unlawfully exploding fireworks or firecrackers and bottle rockets, other than as authorized.

• Jason R. Benson, 35, and Gregory L. Benson, 33, both of the 700 block of Oakwood Drive, Geneva, were each charged Monday, June 30, with domestic battery.

• A laptop valued at $5,000 was reported stolen Monday, July 7, from a car in a parking lot in the 500 block of Commons Drive.

•  Anthony Parise, 52, of the 1500 block of Rita Avenue, St. Charles, was charged Saturday, July 5, with driving under the influence.
