Kane County Sheriff's Office reports

• Scott Alan Tinsley, 41, of the 1100 block of McDonald Avenue, Aurora, was charged Sunday, Aug. 17, with violating an order of protection. The complaint stemmed from Sugar Grove.

• The Sugar Grove Family Fun Center, 9S825 Route 47, Sugar Grove, reported a burglary Monday, Aug. 18. Entry was apparently gained through a piece of aluminum siding that was cut out and drywall that was broken through. Nothing was reported missing.

• A 2001 Audi was reportedly damaged Friday, Aug. 15, by a child with a hockey stick in the 39W900 block of Wellington Way, Geneva.

• A generator valued at $800 was reported stolen Monday, Aug. 18, from the 44W000 block of Seavey Road, Blackberry Township. A door also was reported damaged.

• Nearly $87 was reported stolen Tuesday, Aug. 19, from a garage in the 0N500 block of Pond View Court, Maple Park.

• A Sugar Grove resident reported Tuesday, Aug. 19, his credit card had been used to make three unauthorized purchases totaling $325.75 in Westmont and Darien on Wednesday, Aug. 13.

• A trailer was reported burglarized Thursday, Aug. 21, near Reed and Old Kirk roads in Geneva. About $3,500 in steel chain saws were reported stolen.

• Christopher David Lister, 29, of the 1200 block of Barberry Lane, Round Lake Beach, was charged Sunday, Aug. 24, with driving under the influence of alcohol in the 45W300 block of Seavey Road, Elburn.

• Kelsi Taylor Stime, 18, of the 5N900 block of Kettlehook Court, Campton Township, was charged Sunday, Aug. 24, with domestic battery, resisting or obstructing police and disorderly conduct.

• David Gitaw Oraha, 26, of the 21200 block of Duncan Court, Plainfield, was charged Sunday, Aug. 24, with criminal trespass to real property, harassment and disorderly conduct following an incident in Campton Township.

• A Dodge in the 37W700 block of Heritage Drive, Batavia, was reported burglarized Friday, Aug. 1. Two GPS all-in-one field kits were reported stolen.

• Catherine E. Grieves, 35, of the 38W100 block of Tanglewood Drive, Batavia, was charged Wednesday, Aug. 27, with driving with a suspended license following a property-damage accident in the 37W900 block of Tanglewood Drive.
