'Regretting Mr. Wright' program to take place Sept. 4 in St. Charles

ST. CHARLES – A program, "Regretting Mr. Wright," is set for noon Thursday, Sept. 4, at the St. Charles Public Library, 1 S. Sixth Ave., St. Charles.

Historian and actress Ellie Carlson will present the story of Mamah Borthwick Wright, her relationship with the famous architect and the events surrounding her death. She has been presenting costumed interpretations, and historical lectures in the Chicago area for more than 10 years.

Participants may bring a lunch. Beverages will be provided. Registration is required. Those interested may sign up at the Reference Desk, by calling 630-584-0076, ext. 1, or online at www.stcharleslibrary.org.
