Altiro, All Chocolate Kitchen team up for Cinco de Mayo celebration

GENEVA – Geneva's All Chocolate Kitchen, in tandem with Altiro Latin Fusion in Geneva, will host an a Cinco de Mayo celebration Tuesday, May 5.

The event will take place at 6:30 p.m. at All Chocolate Kitchen, 33 S. Third St., Geneva.

The celebration will feature an open margarita bar, a seven-course, prix-fixe menu, and three-time Guinness World Record-holder Chef Alain Roby will offer dessert.

The Latin-inspired, prix-fixe menu will include ceviche, scallop salad, taco de filette-beef tenderloin, mole tacos and sea bass tacos. The meal will finish with pineapple-tequila sorbetto, a Mayan chocolate pyramid and rain forest fruit created by Roby exclusively for the celebration. Guests will celebrate the holiday with an open bar featuring a selection of margaritas.
