Joan Knows: Time to say happy New Year a little early

Ask any educator and you will likely hear about how September brings refreshing new beginnings. For most students at any level it’s a time for resolutions.

Looking back on my academic days as an undergraduate, I would assert that a key strategy was showing up. Actually, being in the classroom brought about significant outcomes such as learning really cool stuff and meeting some excellent people.

September brings the renewal of the wait until next year hopes. Is it too soon for all out, raging Cubbie people? Bear down?

New for me is renal dialysis.
