ST. CHARLES – Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants, a winery and Napa-style tasting room, plans hiring fairs to fill 200 jobs for DuPage and Kane counties as it gears up for the grand opening of its new St. Charles location later this spring.
The winery, which will open at 3710 E. Main St. in May, has positions ranging from servers to line cooks, bartenders and wine tasting room attendants, according to a news release.
The hiring fairs will run from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. April 14 and April 20 and 21 at 3800 E. Main St., at the hiring offices of The Quad of St. Charles (former Charlestowne Mall). Applicants are asked to use the upper-level mall entrance to the left of Von Maur. The hiring office is just inside the entrance on the upper level.
In addition to the hiring fairs, Cooper’s Hawk has expanded hiring hours to 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday for interested applicants to apply in person, with walk-ins welcome.
“We are currently looking to staff team members with a passion for wine, food and first-class hospitality and look forward to meeting and working with many great members of the community,” Tim McEnery, founder and CEO of Cooper’s Hawk, stated in the release.
