Schory: Where did you grow up?
DiSantis: Aurora

Schory: Who would play you in the movie of your life?
DiSantis: Jeff Goldblum

Schory: First job?
DiSantis: At a car wash

Schory: As a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
DiSantis: A teacher. I became an iron worker with Iron Workers Local 393

Schory: What is an interesting factoid about yourself?
DiSantis: I was interviewed by Alan Krashesky of Channel 7 when the Chicago River leaked on April 13, 1992. The leak flooded the basements and tunnels underground in the Chicago Loop. My company was working for ComEd, and I was the first guy going down there when he talked to me.
