9/11 ceremony to be held at Elburn Fire Station No. 1

ELBURN – The Elburn and Countryside Fire Protection District will hold a 9/11 ceremony the morning of Sept. 11 at Elburn Fire Station No. 1, 200 E. Route 38, Elburn. Members of the fire department will assemble at 8:30 a.m.; the public is invited to arrive at 8:45 a.m.

The presentation will include an invocation by St. Gall Catholic Church, a moment of silence, a wreath ceremony, a bell ceremony, and Fire Chief Joe Cluchey will speak.

The event is expected to last 30 to 45 minutes
