Police Reports

Geneva police reports

• The front and rear tires of the driver’s side of a vehicle were reported punctured Sept. 28 while it was parked at Kentucky Fried Chicken, 1518 S. Randall Road. According to police reports, the cost to replace the tires is $210.

• Antolin J. Martinez, 43, of the 1000 block of Augusta Avenue, Elgin, was charged Sept. 29 with driving under the influence, driving without headlights when required and improper lane use.

Michael J. Oetter, 23, of the 800 block of Chandler Avenue, Geneva, was charged Sept. 30 with driving under the influence, driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent, improper lane use and making an improper turn.

• A mountain bike valued at $350 was reported stolen Oct. 1 from the parking lot at Eagle Brook Country Club, 2288 Fargo Blvd.

• The rear windshield of a vehicle was reported broken Sept. 6 while it was parked in the 200 block of Longview Drive, Geneva, causing $300 damage.

• Two framed paintings by Lenny Nagler were reported stolen Sept. 26 from Artemisia, 101 S. Third St. Nagler’s “Place in the Woods” was valued at $225 and his “Sandy Hills” was valued at $250, police reports stated.
