Schory: Where did you grow up?

Lachica: Copperas Cove, Texas

Schory: Do you have any pets?

Lachica: A Chihuahua named Tiki – short for Tequila; two frogs named Mohito and Malibu and a gecko named Sangria.

Schory: Who would play you in the movie of your life?

Lachica: I would play myself.

Schory: As a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?

Lachica: A baker and I became a baker. I always loved baking.

Schory: Book or movie you would recommend?

Lachica: Disney movies.

Schory: Favorite ice cream flavor?

Lachica: Chocolate

Schory: Favorite local restaurant?

Lachica: Outback Steakhouse in South Elgin

Schory: What is an interesting factoid about yourself?

Lachica: I met Clay Guida, a professional cage fighter at a Sublime concert and at an Ultimate Fighting Championship event.
