Police Reports

Geneva police reports

• A leaf blower valued at $300 to $400 was reported stolen from a trailer Oct. 2 while it was parked in the 3300 block of Ridge Pointe Drive.

• A concrete support wall in Elm Park, 400 Elm Ave., was reported defaced Oct. 2 with obscenities spray painted on it.

• A glass door at LA Tan, 1772 S. Randall Road, was reported broken Oct. 10.

• A "Got Love?" rainbow sign was reported stolen Oct. 9 from a lawn in the 100 block of Hamilton Street.

• Mohammad O. Ismail, 21, of the 6N400 block of Valley Circle, St. Charles Township, was charged Oct. 8 with driving under the influence, failure to signal, driving without a valid driver's license, illegal transportation of alcohol, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Gordon A. Craft, 28, of the 900 block of Manchester Course, Geneva, was charged Oct. 7 with public intoxication.

• A water station at Eagle Brook Country Club, 2288 Fargo Blvd., was reported damaged by fire Oct. 5. According to police reports, the water station was valued at $1,300. Also damaged was a 15-by-20-foot section of grass, reports stated.

• Phillip G. Lawson, 37, of the 1300 block of Sycamore Drive, DeKalb, was charged Sept. 30 with driving under the influence and failure to report damage to an unattended vehicle or property.

• A patio umbrella valued at $1,219 was reported set on fire Oct. 5 in the 1700 block of Fargo Boulevard. A grill cover valued at $50 was also damaged, reports stated.
