ELBURN – Orange Home Services of Elburn, a heating and air-conditioning company, recently joined the Elburn Chamber of Commerce and had its ribbon-cutting Oct. 27.
The wife and husband team of Cindy and Jim Cannella own Orange Home Services.
They added their Elburn location in 2014 in addition to their first location in Batavia.
The Cannellas’ business was originally located next to Russell Automotive in Elburn, and now, as of 2016, it is across the way from Russell Automotive and next to Rite Bite Fundraising in Elburn at 39W963 Midan Drive, Suite 1, Elburn, in a larger building better suited for their business’s needs, Cindy Cannella said.
“We’re not far from downtown,” Cindy Cannella said. “We moved the shop to Elburn in 2014 first at a smaller one [shop], and now, we’re at a bigger location down the street at a 3,500-square-foot shop.”
Orange Home Services focuses on residential repairs for all their customers’ heating and air-conditioning needs. A majority of the repairs they focus on in Elburn is centered on boilers for radiant heat, Cindy Cannella said.
“There are a lot of older homes in Elburn with radiant heat,” Cindy Cannella said. “We do a lot of work on boilers.”
Orange Home Services makes a point of ensuring their customers are satisfied with their repairs, Cindy Cannella said. With more than 25 years of experience, the Cannellas enjoy offering a complete array of heating and air-conditioning services for their customers in the Fox Valley area.
“We are different because we go the extra mile for our customers,” Cindy Cannella said. “One hundred percent satisfaction is guaranteed. Plus, we have unmatched customer service from the office to jobs we do. We want everyone to be happy.”
Being involved in the community is important to the Cannellas. With their two locations in Batavia and Elburn, the Cannellas have developed roots in the community by partaking in community events and fundraisers.
“We are involved by sponsoring local events to support local charities,” Cindy Cannella said. “We serve as board members for the Fox Valley Chamber because we mainly service the whole Fox Valley area. I am on the committee for Cal’s Angels and 100 Women Who Care for Fox Valley.”
She added that Jim Cannella is one of the founding members of 100 Men Who Give a Damn Fox Valley, a spin-off of 100 Women Who Care Fox Valley.
The Cannellas are no strangers to community events and recently participated in Batavia’s Batfest. They have made Batavia and now Elburn their home.
“We love being in Elburn,” Cindy Cannella said. “We wanted to focus our business on the Fox Valley area. We joined the chamber to support the towns we have our business in and give back to the community by helping out and volunteering.”
