Batavia police reports

• Three people face charges in connection to an incident reported Nov. 15 at Walmart, 801 N. Randall Road, Batavia. Kalvin D. Green, 38, of the 700 block of Laurel Drive, Aurora, was charged with retail theft and obstruction. Jacquelyn K. Dempster, 37, of the 700 block of South River Street, Aurora, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. The third person was charged with driving with a suspended license.

• Teheran M. Randle, 35, of the 1100 block of Miller Court, Batavia, was charged Nov. 15 with aggravated domestic battery, according to a police report.

• Pedro Israel Estrada-Juarez, 35, of the 100 block of Spring Street, Batavia, was arrested Nov. 15 on Kane and DuPage county warrants.

• Darren L. Jackson, 26, of the 500 block of North Avenue, Aurora, was arrested Nov. 17 on a Batavia Police Department warrant for charges related to domestic battery, theft and criminal trespass to a residence.

• A cellphone valued at $500 was reported stolen Nov. 17 in a theft that took place the day before in the 1100 block of East Wilson Street, Batavia.

• Stephanie L. Heath, 39, of the 1700 block of Cumberland Green Drive, St. Charles, was charged Nov. 17, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent and improper lane use in the 300 block of North Batavia Avenue, Batavia, according to a police report.

• Montez M. Smith, 41, of the 900 block of Garfield Avenue, Rockford, was charged Nov. 17 with criminal trespass to land in the 700 block of North Kirk Road, Batavia.

• Harassment by telephone was reported Nov. 17 in the 300 block of Lathem Street, Batavia.

• Christopher J. Miller, 39, of the zero to 99 block of West Country Ridge Drive, Warrenville, was charged Nov. 18 with retail theft at Target, 115 N. Randall Road, Batavia.

• Burglary to a motor vehicle was reported Nov. 18 in the zero to 99 block of North Randall Road, Batavia. Reported stolen were a purse valued at $100, credit and debit cards, store cards, about $100 in cash, a key fob and driver’s license.

• A vehicle drove through a front yard in the 1400 block of Millview Drive, Batavia, striking a tree and leaving behind a side mirror and indications of further damage to the vehicle, according to a Nov. 19 report of criminal damage to property.

• Someone opened a fraudulent account according to a Nov. 20 report of identity theft in the 1000 block of Lorlyn Circle, Batavia.

• A car was reported stolen Nov. 20 in the 100 block of State Street, Batavia. The police report stated the vehicle was valued at $12,000.
