Police Reports

Geneva police reports

• Eric D. Retana-Moreno, 22, of the 500 block of Woodlawn Avenue, Aurora, was charged Nov. 18 with fleeing/eluding police, speeding 63 miles an hour in a 40-mile-an-hour zone, driving without insurance and having an expired registration.

• The Pepper Valley Homeowners Association, 2105 Pepper Valley Drive, was reported vandalized Nov. 20 by graffiti painted on the sidewalk leading to the pool. Police estimated it would cost $250 to remove.

• Victor M. Garcia, 19, of the 700 block of East State Street, Geneva, was charged Nov. 21 with possession of drug paraphernalia and received a written warning for improper lane use.

• Mitchell R. Lyons, 26, of the 1400 block of Joshel Court, Geneva, was charged Nov. 17 with driving under the influence, driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent, illegal transportation of alcohol, speeding 50 miles an hour in a 30-mile-an-hour zone and having an expired registration.

• Angelo J. Moreno-Zaragoza, 20, of the 1300 block of Bluebell Lane, Batavia, was charged Nov. 19 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

• A house in the 500 block of Shepherd Lane, Geneva, was reported vandalized Nov. 16 by a rock thrown through the front window causing $250 in damage.
