"Burning and Rebuilding Geneva" at this month's Brown Bag Lunch series

GENEVA – A former Geneva firefighter will share stories of Geneva's historic fires that changed the city's landscape at the Geneva History Museum's Brown Bag Lunch Program at noon on Tues. Nov. 13 at the museum, 113 S. Third St.

Sue Lencioni will share highlights from her upcoming book about the city's fire history during the presentation, titled "Burning and Rebuilding Geneva."

The Geneva History Museum hosts the Brown Bag Lunch Program at noon on the second Tuesday of each month from September through May. The museum offers cookies, water, tea and coffee, but attendees are invited to bring their lunch.

Admission to the program is $5 for nonmembers and $3 for museum members. Register online at www.genevahistorymuseum.org or by calling (630) 232-4951.
