Campton Hills hosts Holiday in the Hills

CAMPTON HILLS – Campton Hills is hosting its third annual holiday tree lighting ceremony from from 3 to 6 p.m. Dec. 1 in front of Village Hall, 40W270 LaFox Road, Campton Hills, officials announced in a news release.

Following the tree lighting ceremony, Holiday in the Hills will feature live music, a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus – arriving by fire engine – and elves.

Holiday live greens will be available for purchase along with samplings of roasted chestnuts, hot chocolate, cookies, crafts, letters to soldiers, giving tree, Toys for Tots and face painting.

New this year is a Peppermint Passport where the kids go to businesses located inside the village hall and get their passports stamped for a chance to win raffle prizes.
