Calling student artists

Submissions accepted for the St. Charles Arts Council student show

ST. CHARLES- Student artists who want to be a part of the St. Charles Arts Council's Student Pop-Up Gallery at the second annual Fox River Arts Ramble are encouraged to submit their work for consideration. The deadline is Feb. 23.

The Fox River Arts Ramble, which is Apr. 13 and 14, includes over 30 locations from Elgin to Aurora, featuring open studios, galleries, art schools, museums, public art venues/tours and creative spaces. The St. Charles Arts Council will be headquartered at The Keep Creative for this year's event. The Keep Creative is a co-working and event space in an old print shop at 220 N. 4th St., St. Charles. 

Student artists must be currently enrolled grades kindergarten through 12 or undergraduate college students to be eligible. Work from home-schooled students and from extracurricular arts programs will also be accepted Artists must send submissions electronically to ArtistLiaison@StCharlesArtsCouncil.org with an image of each piece (up to 3) and artist info.
