To the editor:
In his State of the Union speech, the only noteworthy statement was the president's threat that there could be no legislation while he was being investigated by Congress. Evidently he's worried that the Mueller probe, after all it's success so far, has reached his doorstep. And, his Republican enablers can no longer protect him.
So, now the truth will finally emerge about the Russian puppet in the White House, the collusion/conspiracy, money laundering, tax evasion, campaign finance violations, disregard for emoliants clause to enrich himself, intimidating witnesses and incessant lying.
Congress should move forward with public hearings and let their investigations illuminate for all to see why Trump deserves to be impeached before he does any more harm to the country.
