Screening set Feb. 24

GENEVA –áThe AfterImage Film Festival will feature several award-winning short films on Feb. 24 and a reception in Geneva, the organization announced in a news release.

This new film festival is being hosted by the same volunteers who put together the Geneva Film Festival for the past 10 years, the release stated.

The first screening of short films will be shown from 2 to 3:30 p.m. at Playhouse 38, 321 Stevens St., Geneva.

A reception will be held from 4 to 5:30 p.m. at Penrose Brewing Company, 509 Stevens St., Geneva.

Tickets are $20 and include a $6 beer at Penrose Brewery along with food provided by Deane’s Deli.
