Schory: Where did you grow up?

McQuaid: Downers Grove

Schory: Do you have any pets?

McQuaid: A Chihuahua mix named Rico

Schory: Who would play you in the movie of your life?

McQuaid: I would play myself.

Schory: First job?

McQuaid: Baby-sitting

Schory: As a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?

McQuaid: I was in advertising before children and now I’ve been with CASA Kane County for 19 years. I am currently an advocate supervisor.

Schory: Favorite charity?

McQuaid: CASA Kane County

Schory: Favorite ice cream flavor?

McQuaid: Chocolate chip

Schory: Favorite local restaurant?

McQuaid: Patten House, Gia Mia and Stockholm’s in Geneva

Schory: What is an interesting fact about yourself?

McQuaid: I am a Unity spiritual teacher and chaplain in Batavia.
