Phillips received a lot of training in Europe, as she spends two months a year there, Husar said.
“She has traveled the world extensively. especially Europe and European gardening. She learned that trade over there,” Husar said. “She has an extensive knowledge of European charcuterie boards.”
And so, Phillips herself put together a massive nearly 10-foot charcuterie board for her party guests, pairing meats, cheeses, breads, nuts, fruits and desserts, Husar said.
“She makes it an art,” Husar said.
