Global warming topic of upcoming slideshow

BATAVIA – On Nov. 12, the Fox Valley Group of the Sierra Club will host a slideshow on both sides of the global warming issue.

Craig Zabel, energy chairman for the VOF Sierra Club, will give the presentation, entitled “Global Warming Believers and Skeptics – Who’s Right and Who’s Winning?” The free event will be at 7 p.m. at the Batavia Public Library and present both sides of the issue in an unbiased fasion, planners said.

A discussion on what, if anything, should be done will follow the presentation. People skeptical about global warming are encouraged to attend.
