Elburn police reports

• James R. Parsons IV, 31, of the 1100 block of Rushmore Drive, DeKalb, was arrested Wednesday, Sept. 16, at the Elburn Metra Rail Yard on a warrant originating in Glendale Heights for failure to appear in court and a DuPage County warrant for failure to appear in court.

• Six males under the age of 21 were charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor at a party on Hughes Road, east of Route 47, on Saturday, Sept. 19. Those charged were Quinn M. Gabnay Jr, 17, of the 42W900 block of Hughes Road, Elburn; Jordan C. Bergman, 18, of the 1100 block of Griffith Avenue, Elburn; Tyler D. Rickman, 17, no address provided by police; Kolton R. Oftedal, 17, no address provided by police; and two 16-year-old males, no addresses provided by police. Oftedal also was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

•  Natasha R. Graham, 32, of the 1000 block of Meadow Lane, Rochelle, was arrested on Monday, Sept. 21, at the parking lot of the Elburn Metra station on a DeKalb County warrant for failure to appear in court. She was also cited for disobeying a stop sign.

• Two stacks of wooden pallets valued at $300 were reported missing on Tuesday, Sept. 22, from a property in the 600 block of East North Street.

• Jon D. Gustafson, 24, of the 600 block of Stetzer Avenue, Elburn, was charged on Saturday, Sept. 26, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood alcohol content greater than .08, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and operating a motor vehicle without a front license plate.

• Matthew J. Denis, 20, of the 100 block of East St. Louis Avenue, East Alton, was charged Saturday, Sept. 26, with driving while his license was suspended.

• A radar detector was reported taken on Monday, Sept. 28, from an unlocked vehicle parked in the 800 block of Independence Avenue.

• A cell phone and a completed rental application containing personal information were reported taken from inside a garage in the 1200 block of President Street.
