Kane County Sheriff's police reports

• A garage burglary was reported to Sheriff's police Oct. 7. An attached garage in the 40W900 block of Elodie Drive near Elburn was forced into between 10 p.m. Oct. 6 and 6:45 a.m. Oct. 7, according to police. A $7,300 lawn tractor was missing from the garage, police said.

• A car owner told police golf clubs and other items were missing from an unlocked car. The car was parked in the driveway of a home in the 36W500 block of Silver Ridge Drive near St. Charles, police said. Golf clubs worth $3,000, a coat worth $300 and a bowling ball worth $300 went missing from the unlocked car between 10:30 p.m. Sept. 25 and 7 a.m. Sept. 26, police said.
