Family Science Night Series

Join in the most popular series at the Challenger Center that combines families and science with exploratory fun! The first Friday of every month (usually, please check dates) is a family program that focuses on a different theme with activities that each family member will enjoy! October 1, 2010: Family Rocket Night November 5, 2010: Family Mission Night, A Flight to Mars! December 3, 2010: Family Extreme BATTLE BOTS January 7, 2011: Family Mission Night, Rendezvous with a Comet! February 4, 2011: Family Extreme BATTLE BOTS March 4, 2011: Telescopes and the Night Sky April 2011-Date to be announced MSI RETURNS to Challenger May 6, 2011: Rocketry Night with Fox Valley Rocketeers *Most programs begin at 6:00 PM. Family Missions begin promptly at 5:45 PM Program Fee: $12 per person per program* Includes NAPOLI Pizza and Pop.* Pre-registration is required. Participants: 5 years and up. Children under the age of 18 must accompanied by an adult. Due to the specialty in nature, the cost of the MSI Night is $15 per person and pizza is not served at this event!
