Cary Farmers Market

Vendors are needed for a new Cary Farmers Markets being planned for Sunday’s this summer by the Cary Grove Area Chamber of Commerce beginning June 5 and running through October 9 in Cary, IL. The outdoor market will be located in the western portion of the commuter parking lots near the train station off of W. Main Street near Route 14. Local and regional farmers are encouraged to register. Forms are available on the Chamber’s website at www.carygrovechamber.com. The location of the new market offers visibility on Northwest Highway (Route 14), heavily traveled by area residents driving from Crystal Lake to Barrington and beyond. The Farmers Market location is also adjacent to community baseball fields near Maplewood School, which are used for a rigorous schedule of youth baseball games throughout the summer ensuring access and awareness to hundreds of local families. The Cary Farmers Market plans to offer a variety of fresh produce and other products from local growers and regional farmers. Spaces are approximately 10 x 10 and more than one space can be reserved. No electric is available. Vendors will be accepted and spaces will be assigned by the Cary Farmers Market Committee. Vendors must commit to the entire season. A single payment for the entire season is $300, a $180 savings compared to paying for the season in two installments at $20 per week.
