Wedding announcements are accepted up to six months after the wedding date.

Quality photographs are accepted. We will accept one photo for weddings and engagements. For anniversaries, we will accept a wedding photo and a current photo. Photos not accompanied with a self-addressed, stamped envelope will not be returned. They may be picked up at the Kane County Chronicle office after publication. Enclose a daytime phone number in case we have questions.

As of 6:11 p.m. Tuesday night, more than 31,000 people had voted in our daily Web poll – "Who do you want to win the 14th Congressional District Republican primary?" If this sounds like an extraordinarily high number to you, well, it is. One might even say it's an extraordinarily unlikely high number.
