Tyler Winans, 24, of Geneva, was charged with felony burglary and unlawful possession of a vehicle title, registration and license plates and attempted criminal trespass to vehicle.
The charges against the above individuals are not a proof of guilt. A defendant is presumed innocent and is entitled to a fair trial in which it is the state’s burden to prove his or her guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
