Quintin D. Mullen, 22, of Aurora, was charged with felony counts of home invasion, armed robbery, amred violence, aggravated discharge of a firearm, two counts of aggravated unlawful restraint and two counts of aggravated assault.
The charges against the above individuals are not a proof of guilt. A defendant is presumed innocent and is entitled to a fair trial in which it is the state’s burden to prove his or her guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
