• Juan Jose Rosas, 25, of the 200 block of North 15th Street, St. Charles, was charged Nov. 9 with disorderly conduct.

• The outer pane of a window at H.C. Storm School, 305 N. Van Nortwick Ave., was reported broken Monday, Nov. 9. Damage was estimated at more than $300.
November 12, 2009
• On Nov. 9, employees at the Girl Scouts of Northern Illinois branch office in Sugar Grove, reported to Sheriff's police that cash was missing. The incident occurred between Oct. 1 and Nov. 9, police said. About $230 in petty cash was taken from a locked drawer.
• Cynthia M. Ochoa, 49, of the 1900 block of Wessel Court, St. Charles, was charged, Saturday, Oct. 31, with driving under the influence.

• Eduardo Precoma, 42, of the 1700 block of Wessel Court, St. Charles, was charged Oct. 25 with improper lane use and driving under the influence of alcohol.
November 6, 2009
• Crecencio Santos, 20, of the 12800 block of Terrace Boulevard, Plainfield, was arrested Wednesday, Nov. 4, on a Naperville warrant on charges of driving with a suspended license.
• Collin R. Maynard, 44, of the 1300 block of Fargo Boulevard, was charged Sunday, Nov. 1, with public intoxication.
November 5, 2009
• A vehicle burglary was reported to Sheriff's police on Oct. 30. The owner of a truck parked in the 35W200 block of Pinelands Road near St. Charles told police that items were stolen from the vehicle. Although the truck was locked, a window was left slightly open, police said. The owner has yet to say what was missing from the truck.

• Dallas Vernon Pease, 18, of the 3600 block of Matisse Drive, St. Charles, was charged Oct. 23 with retail theft and underage possession of alcohol.
October 31, 2009
• Saul Martinez, 20, of the 1200 block of North King Cross, West Chicago, was charged Wednesday, Oct. 28, with driving without a valid license, operating an uninsured vehicle and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

• A St. Charles area resident reported on Oct. 22 that he received a notice for an unpaid electric bill from ComEd in the amount of $561.90 for an Elgin home that he never lived in. Police are investigating the incident as a financial identity theft.

• A mailbox and post valued at $200 were reported damaged Tuesday, Oct. 20, on the 800 block of Dunstan Avenue.

• Richard Jaeger, 21, of the 800 block of North First Street, Elburn, was arrested,Saturday, Sept. 19, on a warrant from DuPage County
