PEORIA – The most disappointed people at any state cross country meet are the individuals who come in 26th and the teams that place fourth.
WARRENVILLE – St. Charles will be well represented at next weekend’s ’s Class 3A State Cross Country Meet in Peoria, as both East and North teams qualified for berths at the Wheaton North Sectional on Saturday.
ST. CHARLES – You'd think one of them would trip on a walnut, a shoelace would come untied or someone would get a leg cramp – something to separate a certain pair St. Charles North boys cross country runners.
LeRoy Oakes Forest Preserve has been kind to the St. Charles East girls cross country team.

St. Charles North girls cross country coach Shari Hayes thinks her team will be in the middle of the pack in today’s Upstate Eight Conference River Division Meet, but is having high hopes for senior Sydney Stuenkel.
