The kitchen stays open until 10 p.m. and then, with the exception of Sundays and Mondays, will switch to a reduced menu featuring appetizers and handmade tamales, whose fillings have ranged from duck to brisket to pulled pork and barbecue pork.
"It's run the gamut, and we'll continue to rotate," Reyes said. "We also feature vegetarian items. One has black beans and cheese and one has charred poblano and cheese."
The Grandstander opens daily at 11 a.m. On Sunday and Monday, it closes at midnight, with the kitchen open until 10 p.m.; from Tuesday through Saturday, the kitchen offers the reduced menu between 10 p.m. and midnight.
