"Our salads are mixed to order … right there for you," he said and can be totally customized when one orders.
The house version features romaine and iceberg lettuce, chicken, red cabbage, ditalini pasta, diced tomatoes, bacon and crumbled Gorgonzola, dressed with red wine vinaigrette. Ranch dressing has been added as an option.
"All of our chicken is marinated for at least 24 hours so it can soak up all that flavor," he said, noting it produces flavorful, juicy meat for the sandwich.
