ABOUT: People don't have to give up on the pleasures of farm-to-table food during winter months. Separate indoor markets continue in all of the TriCities, each with their own special twist. Items range from locally grown produce to bread, meat, eggs, artisan cheese, other edibles and additional vendors. Shown at a past market in Batavia is Steve Fluett of Warrenville (from left), checking out a variety of greens from Mighty Greens Farm as co-owner Carlos Palomares gives him information on the produce.
