GENEVA – The 14th annual Baird & Warner Bowling for Marklund fundraiser will be held from 6 to 10 p.m. on May 22 at St. Charles Bowl, 2520 W. Main St., St. Charles, officials announced in a news release.

Last year Baird & Warner donated $13,000 and hopes to top it with this year’s goal of $15,000.

Baird & Warner has raised just over $100,000 for Marklund over the course of these bowling fundraisers, the release stated.

The event will have a bowling challenge between Geneva Mayor Kevin Burns, St. Charles Mayor Ray Rogina and Batavia Mayor Jeff Schielke, as well as Baird & Warner’s managing broker Renee Naffziger and Marklund CEO Gil Fonger and CFO Kudus Badmus.

Lanes can be sponsored for $250 and gift basket donations for the raffle are still welcome and can be dropped off at 1542 S. Randall Road, Geneva.

There are limited bowling slots still available for the public to participate by calling Larry Smith at 630-377-1855.
