• A fence in the 42W700 block of Keslinger Road, Blackberry Township was reported damaged June 11 from a silver Ford F250 pickup truck with a diesel engine and twin exhaust stacks. According to sheriff’s reports, deputies observed a long yaw mark on the roadway at the intersection of Keslinger Road and Stargrass Lane where the tire tracks came onto the property and up the embankment. The tracks indicated the vehicle went airborne and crashed through the fence, continued through a horse pasture, where it turned around and exited back onto Keslinger Road, the report stated. Damage to the fence were estimated at $1,000.

• Diana Alvarez, 20, of the 5N400 block of Fence Rail Court, St. Charles Township, was charged June 4 with domestic battery.

• Lawn equipment valued at $1,000 was reported stolen June 7 from a vehicle parked in the 07N800 block of Clover Field Road, St. Charles Township.

• A resident of the 43W400 block of Scott Road, Sugar Grove Township, reported June 3 that she lost a $200 Coach brand wallet. The woman told deputies that she was cleaning out her car in the driveway and set her wallet on the trunk – then drove south on Route 47 to run errands and forgot she left her wallet on the trunk, reports stated.
