Vikings' junior throws eight shutout innings in 2-0, nine-inning loss to Brother Rice
NAPERVILLE – Aidan Sheehan skipped over the first-base line on his way to the Geneva dugout after a big out Thursday.
His pitching should have the Vikings jumping for joy.
Sheehan, a rising junior, stands only 5-foot-7 – but he was a giant in the summer tournament. He threw six one-run innings in a regional win, and was even better this time out.
