Due date for second installment of Kane County property taxes approaching

Bills are due on Sept. 3

KANE COUNTY – The due date for the second installment of Kane County property taxes is Sept. 3. Property owners can print their bill by visiting KaneCountyTreasurer.org or by contacting the Treasurer’s Office at 630-232-3565.

Taxpayers can make their payment by mail with the postmark by Sept. 3, at a participating Kane County bank, online by e-check, credit debit card, or dropping off the payment in the property tax drop box, which is available 24 hours a day. The drop box is located behind Building (A) at the Government Center 719 S. Batavia Ave., Geneva. The list of participating banks can found be at KaneCountyTreasurer.org. There is a convenience fee when paying by credit or debit card.
