The Vikings look quite different than last year's squad, as Tyler Isenhart and Jack McDonald have graduated. The program advanced to four consecutive state appearances, and hopes to continue to ride the wave.
"I think we have some pretty young guys who have replaced them pretty well," Dalton said. "I think we'll make a good run down state this year."
Joseph Adams (80), Quin McNeive (82) and Cal McKittrick (82) rounded out the Geneva scores.
McKittrick, interestingly, broke his driver on the ninth hole and still drove in a quality round riding the back of his three-iron.
"I hit my tee shot, and it goes way left out of bounds," McKittrick said. "[My driver] makes a weird noise...I gave it a tap to kind of hear what that funny noise was; next thing you know, my driver is in two pieces."
