The Fox River-Geneva American Legion  Post 75 will mark its 100th year this year with a centennial celebration at 3 p.m. Nov. 20 at the post, 22 S. Second St., Geneva. All are welcome.

GENEVA – The Fox River-Geneva American Legion Post 75 will mark its 100th year this year with a centennial celebration at 3 p.m. Nov. 10 at the post, 22 S. Second St., Geneva, according to a news release.

The event includes food, drinks, a 50/50 raffle and guest speakers Mayor Kevin Burns, Geneva History Museum Executive Director Terry Emma and Bernie Laskowski, Marine and owner of Craft Urban, a Geneva restaurant.

Col. Kyle Moore USMC will be master of ceremonies for the U. S. Marine Corps’ 244th year celebration to be held at the Legion Post with a cake cutting at 5 p.m.

Everyone is welcome and veterans are encouraged to attend.
