GENEVA – Kane County Complete Count Commission is holding a training workshop on Census 2020 from 1:30 to 3 p.m. Dec. 11 at the Kane County Government Center, Building A, First Floor Auditorium, 719 S. Batavia Ave., Geneva, officials announced in a news release.
The workshop is open to the public.
It will be practical and participant-oriented and provide an in-depth look of the process, the release stated.
It is intended to equip attendees with tools necessary to communicate with their communities the importance and benefits of a complete and accurate count as it pertains to the 2020 Census.
Jenniqual Johnson of the U.S. Census Bureau will be the presenter.
Johnson will explain the new census digital questionnaire and how attendees could assist others in filling out the digital form, the release stated.
