Second Fridays in Batavia to debut virtual lineup tonight

BATAVIA – A night of entertainment, activities and local deals straight from Batavia MainStreet is headed right into homes, as the monthly Second Fridays lineup premieres as an online event from 5 to 8 p.m. May 8.

“It will be an assortment of music, lecture, family activities, kids stories, DIY classes, live and recorded events, and great deals," announced Batavia MainStreet Executive Director Sherri Wilcox. "We hope that as you plug in, you will feel the connection to our vibrant downtown and to each other.”

Lineup of events

• Live from Kiss The Sky – a compilation of some of Steve Warrenfeltz's favorite music performances

• Children's entertainer Miss Jamie from the Farm from Batavia Creamery

• Painting with Dixie Bell Chalk paint and embellishing with Iron Orchid Designs, a do-it-yourself class from Red Hive Market – also Vegas Night giveaways with purchases

• Fun fashion tips to dress your best from Paula’s Couture Consignment

• Coloring pages for kids and grownups alike from Beardsgaard Barbers and LUCKY EYE INK
