Kane County Sheriff's reports for Aug. 18-20

These are the latest Kane County Sheriff reports:

• Shelbey P. Cecille, 22, of the 100 block of Vista Terrace, Sycamore, was charged Aug. 17 with driving under the influence and stopping in the roadway. According to reports, deputies were called at 2:38 a.m. to a gold Hyundai stopped in the roadway at Route 31 and Fieldcrest Drive, St. Charles Township with its brake lights on. Deputies found her slumped over the wheel and unresponsive. Deputies opened the car door and awakened her, the report stated.

• Fernando Martin-Tello, 25, of the 1700 block of Indian Avenue, Aurora, was charged Aug. 18 with violating an order of protection at the Kane County Judicial Center, 37W777 Route 31, St. Charles Township. Outside of courtroom 201, Martin-Tello was heard that a woman and her friend were going to “get whooped” for seeking an order of protection, and that “she … will be sorry,” the report stated. Martin-Tello told bailiffs he was talking to himself. An emergency order of protection was issued against him and then he was taken into custody after his court case finished.

• Hannah M. Bosch, 19, of the 900 block of Kimberly Drive, DeKalb, was charged Aug. 20 with battery. The victim had noticeable marks about his left eye caused by two punches allegedly thrown by Bosch, the report stated. Bosch told deputies they argued, he pushed her and she punched him twice, the report stated.
