“FoxFire is sorry to announce that we have to close temporarily due to COVID-19 precautions.

We hope to reopen soon, and taking every possible measure to inform our guests and employees,” the posting stated. “We hope this is just an isolated event.”

The restaurant does not have to close, it is choosing to close by following guidelines to keep Geneva and “our Foxfire family safe.”

“We ask ask that you have patience and understanding as we do this,” the posting stated. “We will announce when we can reopen when we receive word from the health department.
