For my breakfast, I went for the “Mama,” a sampler that came with two eggs your way, bacon or sausage, and a choice of bread (pancakes, potato pancakes, French toast, crepes, biscuits and gravy, or toast, according to the Briana’s menu). I opted for over medium eggs, sausage and pancakes. My typical breakfasts aren’t that heavy, but you have to go big when you go out for breakfast!
The menu advertised two eggs with my meal, but I got a bonus third egg, all of which were cooked perfectly. (My background as a waitress at a breakfast establishment makes me a bit picky when it comes to that, but Briana’s passed with flying colors.) The sausage patties weren’t greasy, and the pancakes soaked up syrup, egg yolk and their sprinkling of powdered sugar for the ultimate carb dish.
